In the five years of working with Legacy Transformational Consulting – a management consulting firm that stands as a global leader in transformative learning, helping organizations overcome major challenges in leadership, culture, productivity, breakthrough performance, and execution- I’ve co-led transformative sessions for over 227 senior leaders and C-suite executives, igniting performance breakthroughs in desired focus areas. I have had the privilege of working with cross-functional leadership teams from Microsoft, Adobe, Abbvie, Merck, Ipsen, and Novartis to name a few. 

Beyond my consulting journey, I’ve successfully built some of the most outstanding platforms empowering entrepreneurs, including, two venture-backed companies (1000 Angels, an early stage venture investing platform and CoFoundersLab, a platform that supports entrepreneurs) of which, both were acquired. During my time as CEO of CoFoundersLab, I led four strategic acquisitions and grew the community of users 1,200 percent from 40,000 registered entrepreneurs to almost half a million with a presence in more than 200 countries.  My area of expertise lies in leadership, operations, growth strategies, and project management.

Furthermore, I’ve published thought leadership pieces around entrepreneurship, strategy, leadership, and venture investing on top tier media publications, such as Forbes, Huffington Post, Business Insider and Inc.com, that have been read by millions. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, I worked at Forbes where I was accountable for one-third of the entire ad revenue budget of one of its properties and for FOX News where I was accountable for driving ad revenue sales, audience growth and strategy.  I was promoted every year during my corporate career and hold a BBA in Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. I have also been invited to speak at some of the most sought-after industry events, such as the Women Inc. Summit, Tech Week, and events organized by Founder Institute. In addition to my business acumen, I have participated in and/or coached more than 4,000+ hours of leadership and communication development programs. At the tender age of eight years old, I took my first self-development course about how to not let your past experiences limit you in the present, and never stopped training since. As one of my many ongoing endeavors, this is the one that feeds into every other aspect of my personal and business life.
